How long does it take for samples? Are samples free?
Usually 2-5 working days. For our stock products, samples are free but freight fees are charged. Custom samples depend on requirements, and sample fees can be refunded when mass orders are placed.
How to confirm the style of the garments?
We can make samples first according to your tech packs, original samples, or even a picture reference.
What is your MOQ?
Generally 3k pcs per order, 1k pcs per color and 500 pcs per style. Using our stock fabric reduces MOQ to 300 pcs per order, 100 pcs per color and 50 pcs per style, with minimum 20pcs per size per style per color.
How to know the price?
Price depends on style, accessories, printing method, embroidery, pattern, fabric, GSM weight, etc. Larger orders receive lower unit prices.
What is your packaging?
One PC in one poly bag, 150 PCS in one master carton. Custom packaging available as per your request.
What is your delivery time and shipping port?
Lead time is 2.5 months generally after deposit and confirmation. Shipping port is Shanghai.
What are your payment terms?
Order less than 3000USD: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipment.
Order 3000USD-10000USD: 40% prepayment, 60% before shipment.
Order more than 10000USD: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment.
What is your after-sales service?
We cover responsibility and refund for defective goods if quality problems occur that differ from the described mass production standards.
