How long does it take to receive samples? Are samples free?
Typically 2-5 working days. Stock product samples are free with freight charges. Custom samples depend on specifications, with sample fees refundable upon mass order placement.
How do we confirm garment styles?
We produce samples based on your tech packs, original samples, or reference images.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per order (1,000 per color, 500 per style). Using stock fabric reduces MOQ to 300 pieces per order (100 per color, 50 per style), with minimum 20 pieces per size per style per color.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on garment style, accessories, printing/embroidery methods, patterns, fabric type, GSM weight, and order quantity. Larger orders receive lower unit pricing.
What is your standard packaging?
One piece per poly bag, 150 pieces per master carton. Custom packaging available per request.
What is your production lead time and shipping port?
Standard lead time is 2.5 months after deposit and confirmation. All shipments depart from Shanghai port.
What are your payment terms?
  • Orders under $3,000 USD: 50% prepayment, 50% before shipment
  • Orders $3,000-$10,000 USD: 40% prepayment, 60% before shipment
  • Orders over $10,000 USD: 30% prepayment, 70% before shipment
What after-sales service do you provide?
We guarantee quality and will cover responsibility and refund for defective goods that don"t match described specifications in mass production.
